How much does LinkedIn outreach cost?
Agencies love to hide the price behind a booked call. Ours is in the first paragraph, everyone else's is in a table, and the do-it-yourself version costs one LinkedIn licence and a few hours a week.
How much does LinkedIn outreach cost? LinkedIn outreach costs from about $15 a month for a tool to $5,000 or more for an agency. Our hand-sent service is $550 to $1,600 a month, plus $119.99 for your own Sales Navigator Core. No contract and no discounts.

LinkedIn outreach costs whatever the person selling it thinks you will put up with, and that is the whole problem. LinkedIn outreach can mean a $15 tool, a $550 service or a $5,000 agency, and all three use the same two words on their websites. So here are our prices first, then everyone else's, then the do-it-yourself version for the price of one Sales Navigator licence.
Why is it so hard to get a straight price for LinkedIn outreach?
Because the price is usually the last thing you hear. You fill in a form, you book a slot, you sit through a deck, and somewhere near the end a number appears that seems to have been made up while you were talking.
A founder told me on a call this year that she had spent a lot of money on things that brought in nothing, and called the whole lot very expensive lessons. Another told me his connections had gone up and his conversations had not moved at all. Both had paid the Noise Machine: the bots, the spam messages, the people who sell you impressions and the vendors who charge per appointment and then send you people who were never going to buy. The Noise Machine makes everybody louder and nobody more trusted.
I have been on the buying side of this. I hired digital marketing help for my own business, and after four months I demanded something tangible. They showed me articles. Four months of fees, and that was the proof. I lost my rag. Impressions don't pay salaries, and that is the test I would put to every price on this page: what does it put in front of you that could turn into business?
So this page does it the other way round. Price first, then the method, then you decide. And because a price means nothing on its own, I have set out what you get for the money on a separate page.

What does TDC charge for LinkedIn outreach?
TDC charges $550 a month for Bronze, $850 for Silver and $1,600 for Gold, and $550 or $1,600 a month for content. These are the prices on our pricing page, in US dollars, the same for everyone, month to month with no contract. Every outreach tier also needs your own Sales Navigator licence. Here is what each one includes.
- Bronze, $550 a month. 100 connection requests a week, sent by hand by a real operator. For founders who are new to LinkedIn or coming back to a dormant account.
- Silver, $850 a month. 150 requests a week, a monthly note on the conversations you are missing, and 30 minutes of coaching a month.
- Gold, $1,600 a month. 200 requests a week, a weekly report and weekly coaching. It is not an SDR service. We start the conversations and you do the selling.
- Content Starter, $550 a month. Four posts a month written from one short interview, in your own words.
- Content, $1,600 a month. Twelve posts and a newsletter a month from one 30-minute interview, plus daily engagement.
The pairings are simple sums. Bronze with Content Starter is $1,100 a month. Gold with Content is $3,200 a month. Everything is month to month, with no contract, billed monthly in advance. Set-up takes about 14 days and the first conversations usually arrive the week after.
Every outreach tier also needs your own Sales Navigator Core licence, which you pay to LinkedIn, not to us. So Bronze really costs you about $670 a month, and Gold about $1,720. I would rather you hear that from me than find it on your card statement.
We do not discount. Not for a longer commitment, not for a friend of a friend, not at the end of the month. The price is the price, and you can stop any month.

How much does Sales Navigator cost?
Sales Navigator Core costs $119.99 a month on monthly billing. LinkedIn's compare plans page listed that price in October 2026, and Hublead's price check (September 2026) shows the same, or $1,079.88 a year if you pay up front. Advanced is $159.99 a month, and you do not need it for outreach from your own profile.
Sales Navigator is LinkedIn's paid search tool for finding and saving the buyers you want to talk to. Start on monthly billing and switch to yearly once the licence has proved itself. If you want to know why the licence matters at all, I have written up whether you need Sales Navigator for outreach on its own page.
How much do LinkedIn outreach agencies charge?
Agencies charge anything from a few hundred dollars to several thousand a month, depending on who sends and what they count as a result. Here is the rest of the market next to us. Prices change, so check them yourself before you sign anything, including ours.
| Option | Monthly cost | Who sends |
|---|---|---|
| Automation tool only | $14.99 to $99 | Software, from your profile |
| Tool plus your own time | $50 to $150, plus Sales Navigator and 15 to 20 hours a week | Software and you |
| Hand-sent, done for you (TDC, us) | $550 to $1,600, plus $119.99 for Sales Navigator Core | A TDC operator, by hand, from your profile |
| Boutique appointment-setting agency | $1,500 to $5,000 | The agency's team |
| In-house SDR (US) | $4,584 base pay, before tools and commission | Your employee |
The tool figures come from Salesforge's May 2026 round-up, and the time and agency figures from Cleverly's May 2026 guide, which puts enterprise appointment-setting firms at $5,000 to $15,000 a month. If you want every option side by side in more detail, we keep a comparison page. The detail behind each line:
- Automation tools. Salesforge's May 2026 round-up lists tools from $14.99 a user a month for Dux-Soup to $99 an account a month for Expandi. Cheap to buy. The account they put at risk holds every relationship you have built.
- Done-for-you services. Cleverly says its service starts at $397 a month (June 2026). Linked Helper's October 2026 agency guide lists Lead Cookie from $1,500 a month and Belkins, a multichannel appointment-setting firm, from $5,000.
- Pay-per-appointment vendors. Cleverly's June 2026 pricing guide puts small and mid-sized B2B buyers at roughly $150 to $400 for each appointment held, rising to $700 to $1,000 or more for enterprise and C-suite buyers.
- Hiring an SDR. ZipRecruiter put the average US sales development representative at $55,018 a year, about $4,584 a month, in September 2026. That is base pay before commission, tools, training and the months it takes them to get going.
- LinkedIn ads. Factors.ai's June 2026 guide puts LinkedIn ad clicks at $5 to $12 each and $80 to $300 or more for every person who fills in a form.
I have compared the SDR route properly in should I hire an SDR or outsource LinkedIn outreach, if that is the choice in front of you.

Which number is the real cost?
The real cost of LinkedIn outreach is the invoice plus three things the invoice never shows: the risk to your account, the risk to your name and the hours it takes from you. The invoice is usually the smallest of the four, so weigh all of them before you compare one price with another.
Your account. A competitor of mine with 33,000 followers and 30,000 connections once bragged to me about the AI tool he had switched on to start conversations for him. Three months later his profile was gone, and his company page with it. The tool cost him less than lunch. The account it burned held his whole network. Since we went fully hand-sent in November 2024, we haven't lost a single client profile.
Your name. Every message sent from your profile is you talking. A vendor paid per appointment has every reason to send whoever will say yes, and you are the one who has to sit across from them.
Your time. If you do it yourself, the cost is the hours. That is fine, as long as you are honest about how many of them you will really give it.
Then do the money maths. Bronze with the licence comes to about $8,040 a year. If one new client is worth more than that to your business, the question stops being the fee and becomes whether conversations with the right people are worth having. If one client is worth less, do not buy it. I have written the longer version of that sum in is LinkedIn outreach worth the money.
How do you do LinkedIn outreach yourself for the price of the licence?
You do it yourself with one Sales Navigator Core licence and a fixed weekly rhythm: build a list, fix your profile, send requests by hand on Monday, thank everyone who accepts and count the results on Friday. We teach everything for free and charge for doing it, so here is the same rhythm our operators run.
- Buy Sales Navigator Core on monthly billing. Build one saved search of your ideal buyers who have posted in the last 30 days. Remove clients, friends and competitors. Aim for a list of at least a few hundred names, so you are not scraping the barrel by week three.
- Fix the profile before you send anything. Your headline should say who you help and what changes for them. Turning up with a tired profile is going to a networking event in slippers.
- Send on Monday, by hand, with no note. If I put a message, you put me in a box. If I put no message, you're curious.
- Thank everyone who accepts, Tuesday to Thursday. One short message, one genuine question about why they connected, no pitch and no link. A reply to that is a conversation.
- Count on Friday. Requests, acceptances, replies, written down in the same three columns every week. Divide your monthly spend by the replies and you have your real cost per conversation. If people accept and never reply, read why your LinkedIn connections don't turn into conversations before you change anything else.
Do that every week for 90 days and you will know more about your market than most agencies will ever tell you.
What does it look like when we do it for you?
When we do it for you, a trained operator on our team of 10 builds your search with you, you approve it, and then every request goes out by hand through your own Sales Navigator. Nothing goes out that you have not approved, nobody sells in your name, and everyone who accepts gets the thank-you.
On Bronze we aim for 3 to 5 conversations a week, and on Gold 8 to 12. Aim, never guarantee. Across 40,525 requests sent by hand on accounts running at full speed between April and July 2026, 31.4% were accepted. You can see the full process on how we work.
Who should not pay for LinkedIn outreach at all?
You should not pay for LinkedIn outreach if referrals still bring in all the work you want, if you want to haggle, if you cannot say what you sell in one sentence, or if you will not answer the people who reply. Any one of those wastes the money, and I would rather tell you now.
- If your referrals are still pouring in, you don't need us. If they have slowed, why have my referrals dried up is the better place to start.
- If you want to negotiate the price, the money maths has already failed, and that is fine.
- If you cannot say what you sell in one sentence, fix that first. Conversations go nowhere without it.
- If you will not answer the people who reply, save your money. We start the conversation. You have to take it.
So the straight answer is $550 to $1,600 a month with us, plus $119.99 to LinkedIn, or $119.99 and your own hours if you do it yourself. Whichever you choose, judge it by conversations with the right people, never by impressions. That is the only honest way to measure what LinkedIn outreach costs you.

Questions owners ask before they start
Will it pay for itself?
One new client usually covers a year of Bronze. And there's no contract, so every month has to earn the next.
Can't I just do this myself?
You can, and this article shows you how. It takes two or three hours every single week, and it only works if you never skip a week. We do the weekly part, so you only take the conversations.
Couldn't I hire an SDR instead?
An in-house SDR costs a salary, a tool stack and months of ramp before the first conversation. Bronze starts in 14 days, with no hiring and no contract.
Is my account safe?
A real person sends every request from your own Sales Navigator, at a human pace. Nothing goes out that you haven't approved, and we never sell in your name. Since we went fully hand-sent in November 2024, we haven't lost a single client profile.

“Since then, we’ve been seeing 7 to 10 warm conversations a month from people who’ve been following our journey.”
“I started working with Kenneth as Linkedin felt like a black hole of hell and I wasn't getting the traction I needed to grow my business”
